Additional information

The municipality within 3 days after issuing the construction permit, informs all neighbors about the construction project and gives them 15 days to complain or disagree. 15 days after issuing the construction permit if there are no complains from the neighbors construction permit becomes effective. After gaining its effectiveness, the applicant receives an SMS and /or email notification informing that construction permit can be downloaded from the system or collected in person from the premises of the urbanization section.
