Construction permit
According to the division prescribed in the Law on Construction, Municipality of Gostivar has authorization to issue construction permits for second category constructions, meaning constructions of local significance.
In this category besides residential buildings, the Mayor has authorization to issue permits designated for primary and secondary schools, needs for religious communities, economy, industrial and business constructions, trade centers, constructions for scientific and research activities, parking lots, municipal roads and others as set out in the law.
